Return & Cancellation Policy
We hope you love our products always, and never need to come to this page. But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our Cancellation and returns policy:
We ship our products after 24 hours of receiving the order so if unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the cancellation is after your product has already been shipped and if you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement/refund, according to the returns policy
1. If you think, you have received the packaged product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9836460920 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
2. In case you have received a defective/incorrect product (a highly unlikely event), please email/Whatsapp us the photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving the same. Your email should also contain the order number. Address your email to email@example.com or Whatsapp us @ 9836460920. We will send you the exact same product within 7 working days, if by any chance the same product is out of stock we will issue a refund of the exact same amount
3. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of product delivery. Eligibility of returns is clearly mentioned on the product page before you proceed to place your order. Please do ensure that you are aware of the returns eligibility before your place the order. Apart from this under the following condition the products will not be eligible for a refund :
a. Any product with physical damage (if not reported within 24 hours of delivery).
b. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
c. Also please note that there can be marginal changes in colour of the product due to different contrast levels and colour saturation levels in different systems and as most of our products are purely hand-crafted there can be very slight changes in design and colour.
4. To return any product:
a. Always email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org Or Whatsapp 9836460920
b. Please DO NOT send us back any product without consulting with us. Also kindly be specific regarding a reason for an exchange of the product. Any product shipped back to us without consulting us will not be refunded
c. Kindly return your items using registered airmail/courier as will be advised by our return authorization mail.
d. Please note that any shipping costs of sending back to us are the responsibility of the customer.
e. We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from re-occurring.
5. After the return request is approved, you could choose to exchange the product size or seek a refund. The refund can be in the form of redeemable store credits (which you can use later to shop at ramdhanu) or a refund on your original credit/debit card or bank account.
6. For exchange of Product additional shipping charge of new product will be applicable
7. In case of discounts applied during ordering, the discount value shall also be adjusted in the refund
